Initial Brief
The Hamlet of Pond Inlet has embarked on an exciting new development: the construction of a 216 m² (2,325 ft²) Teen Centre. The initial brief from the client was highly specific, calling for a two-storey, three-bedroom single-family home layout. However, this vision had to be adapted to a uniquely challenging and odd-shaped lot, setting the stage for a highly creative architectural solution.
